Our Story
We are Paula and Bianca, two women who found caring for others is not just a profession, but a true calling.
Together, we bring over 25 years of experience as childminders, caring for children from their very first days up to their teenage years. Over time, we’ve had the joy of becoming a part of families’ lives, sharing laughter, milestones and everyday moments.
Paula has been a dedicated childminder for more than 16 years, and as a mother herself, she understands deeply what it means to trust someone with your home and your heart.
Bianca has 10 years of experience caring for children and families, and with her background in interior design, she brings an eye for harmony and organization into every space she works in, because a calm home makes all the difference.
Grá Care was born from love.
The love we feel for what we do, for the people we meet, and for the families who welcome us into their lives.
We created Grá Care because we saw so many families and minders struggling to find the right match, and we realised we could help. After all, we’ve built a community of wonderful people and nothing feels more natural to us than connecting hearts that belong together.
“Grá” means love in Irish — and that’s exactly where our story begins.
Ireland is our home, and Grá Care is our way of giving back the love and trust we’ve received throughout our journey.
